Helena:  Good morning.  Sei giusto in orario.  Questo sarà l’ultimo dei nostri messaggi per te in questa importante settimana.  la consegna dei documenti bancari è stata completata e presto ci sarà il rilascio di milioni di dollari di fondi che saranno sparsi in tutto questo continente.  Noi siamo lieti che questa operazione è stata finalmente completata. Allora, voi presto avrete un cambiamento nel vostro governo e il rilascio, molto presto noi speriamo, degli ordini alla vostra Air Force di provare ad abbattere le nostre navicelle.
 
It will not be long now and we shall, finally, have our fly-overs
and the landing in your valley.

Much of our plans, long ago, completed, are soon to be
implemented.  We shall be in communication with your government.
We shall have our comings and goings to fulfill the assignment
that we have received from the Galactic Federation to help clean
up Mother Earth’s atmosphere.  We shall be pleased to be with you
in your laboratory and helping to develop a substantially
different new-energy device so that your group can get it into
production and marketed.

Mother Earth a better place to live and have your being.  We
shall soon become a part of your world and devoted to helping
make it a better, more productive, and peaceful world.  There
will soon be an end to war.  We shall, of course, insist on that.
There will be a return to your country of the armed forces that
are now assigned to Iraq and other places.  There will be peace
and we and other starships will ensure that there is peace.
Other starships and their crews will ensure that there are better
times and more food for some of the few starving nations of your
world.  That will be a great event to be accomplished.  That is
my message for you this morning.  Do you have any questions for
me?

Lavar:  Thank you dear Helena.  I shall be most pleased to have
your landing and your crew to help us in our development efforts.
Yesterday, I asked if you could help bring more rain to parts of
our country that are in terrible need of water.  Are you able to
accommodate that request?

Helena:  We are doing what we can.  There are dramatic limits to
what we can do when we are not allowed to come and go freely
among your country.  However, it will soon be allowed for us to
come and go with our shuttles and we can do a better job of
directing storms to that part of your country.  Your own state is
also in need of more water.  We will be able to help in that
area, very soon now.
